>Partner Strategy and Programs Manager (PSnP Lead)<br>

>The role:<br>

><br>A cross segment channel orchestration role with a programmatic and
marketing responsibility. The goal is to drive that channel to fulfill the
revenue and market objectives of the subsidiary and MSFT. This role uses the
levers of strategy, program excellence and marketing innovation to create a
focused business plan that grows the MS channel and supports our core depth
and breadth sales models.

><br>The PSnP Lead role is truly cross discipline and requires excellence in
channel management, marketing design and execution and overall business
orchestration. To achieve success in the role, the lead must have a deep and
broad set of business management and execution skills. He/she will be
responsible for bringing together the different leaders of the subsidiary and
to carry out and align business investment in the Microsoft channel with the
desired revenue and shared objectives of the subsidiary .

><br>This is a Managerial role with direct reports which may be both full time
employees as well as contingent staff.

><br>

><br>Responsibilities:

> Execute Partner Leadership team (PLT) across the sub and partner segment
alignment and investment by the subsidiary <br> Build a three year channel
development strategy and plan that includes partners that can deliver online
cloud and web services

> Align and evolve the Microsoft Partner Program (MSPP) next generation
program with strong coordination between HQ and subsidiaries. <br> Drive MSPP
Image and ‘network value’ for Partners

> Increase Sales motion and Service Capacity through cross-segment execution
in Readiness and Partner Marketing.<br> Successfully prepare and drive the
channel in support of MS product launches.

><br> Managing and executing the PLT insuring optimal partner segment
alignment and investment by the subsidiary

> Building a three year channel development strategy and plan that includes
partners that can deliver online cloud and web services<br> Align and evolve
the MSPP next generation program with strong coordination between HQ and
subsidiaries.

> Increase sales motions and service Capacity through cross-segment execution
in Readiness and Partner Marketing.<br>Successfully prepare and drive the
channel in support of MS product launches.

> Capacity Planning and gap analysis<br> Channel Marketing Campaign and
Execution plans

> Channel incubation and breadth share attainment strategy<br> MSPP recruit
strategy and execution

> Partner Launch Quarterback<br> design, validation and execution of a
subsidiary channel ecosystem

><br>Requirements:

><br>This position requires extensive knowledge and experience as well as
proven success in at least 2 of the following business areas:

><br> Channel sales and development

> Marketing<br> Strategy development and execution

> Complex program management and evolution<br>

>Education:<br>

> Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.B.A.)
