-To work as business partner with line managers to provide HR supports

-To implement HR strategies and procedures

-To create an open communication environment, and build good relationship with
line managers

-To assist in developing effective organization and staffing plan in the
company

-To complete recruiting plan based on the headcount plan and staffing demand

-To Assist and support C&B manager in all C&B programs

**职位要求：**

-Bachelor degree

-More than 5 years in HR areas

-Open mind, attention to details, analytical

-Good working knowledge of government regulations
