2006-07-03 -- 至今 ( 19年零6个月 )I served and followed up for the biggest foreign customers for the company. The turnover is close to 50 million USD dollars in every year. Meanwhile, I extend the business and develop new customers in many regions and countries over the world.
Search customer demand and business chance on internet and international commercial fair; introduce and offer the full information of products to customer; calculate the cost and price; receive orders from customers; receipt the international deposit transfer from customer and cancel after verification; source the material for producing; daily communication with customers and periodically reporting to customers; track and supervise the process of the producing; preparing and arrange QC work; arrange shipment with shipping specialist; cooperate customs specialist in custom clearance and commodity inspection; preparing invoices, packing lists and other requested documents to customer; sourcing for new suppliers; negotiate with suppliers on prices, delivery time, quality, packing, etc.; place orders to suppliers; ensure products quality and delivery date; visit factories; apply for payment requests for suppliers; after-sale service; problem solving. I can handle with all the work independently and efficiently. I am quite familiar with the whole process of trading business.
